Order / Shipping Questions 

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes! Please allow for up to 4-5 weeks for international shipping, since many of our products are made to order

  • How long does shipping usually take? Within the U.S. delivery usually takes 7-10 days business days.International shipping can take up to 3-5 weeks, since many of our products are made to order and delivery times may vary depending on your distance from the U.S.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal.

  • How do I cancel my order? Email support@a-pex.co to request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us. Once we receive your order back in it's original condition, your credit card will be refunded minus the original shipping charges.


  • How do I protect my prints? If you protect your print from direct sunlight and/or use UV protective glass the image should last 100+ years. (All prints come unframed)

  • How do I wash these? Will the colors fade?   Wash normally and hang dry so the colors do not fade. Wash normally and hang dry so the colors will not fade.

  • What are these white lines in the folds of my shirt?  Since sublimation printing involves pressing the design onto a pre-sewn piece of clothing, there are unavoidable white lines present in the arm pits and along the seams. Returns will not be accepted for white lines present under the arms or along the seams.
